If under the age of  18, please download and fill-out the registration form above, make copy, post copy to the above address with registration fee and insurance waiver form. Bring original copy with Parent/Legal Guardian to Bondi Pavilion on Date to be announced to sign you in.

Once your registration is confirmed, you will be issued with a dance number and colour for the contest. This will be given to you on the day at Bondi Pavilion 8:30am check on TBA
